Supreme Court allows N Srinivasan to take charge as BCCI chief

srinivasanNEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tues allowed N Srinivasan to take charge because the Board of management for Cricket in India (BCCI) president and shaped a recent probe panel to analyze IPL six spot-fixing scandal.

Mudgal and the other members of the three-member panel are senior advocate Niloy Dutta and extra law officer L Nageswara Rao.

Srinivasan, 68, wide thought to be the foremost powerful man in world cricket, had been barred by the court from taking charge since his election because the BCCI chief for a 3rd year on Michaelmas Day.
