New Delhi, June 2: An Ola cab driver has been arrested for molesting a decide, police mentioned on Thursday.
Driver Sandeep was arrested from Gurgaon following the criticism from the extra city judge, on the Tis Hazari courtroom.
The case was filed at Roop Nagar police station in north Delhi below sections 354 (making sexual remarks), 509 (phrase, gesture or act meant to insult modesty of a lady) and 427 (mischief inflicting harm to the quantity of fifty rupees) of Indian Penal Code.
