New Delhi, Oct 18, 2016: BRICS recognised ‘state protected terrorism as largest problem. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday mentioned the simply concluded BRICS Summit in Goa recognised “state sponsored and state protected terrorism” because the “greatest” problem and that it may now not be the enterprise as typical whereas coping with the menace.
