Germany, July 25: In an explosion that occurred late on Sunday, 1 individual was killed and 12 others had been injured in Ansbach, close to the German metropolis of Nuremberg, a police spokesman mentioned. Germany’s NTV tv reported that officers suspected the explosion was attributable to a gasoline leak. It mentioned a close-by music competition had been canceled for the night. Mayor Carda Seidel was quoted by Munich’s Focus journal as saying that the explosion late Sunday evening was close to the doorway to an open-air music pageant. A spokesman for the Bavarian Interior Ministry mentioned the explosion was not an accident and seems to have been intentional.
