Nainital, Aug 31, 2016: Uttarakhand HC stays Rakesh Roshan’s arrest. The Uttarakhand High Court has stayed the arrest of Bollywood producer-director Rakesh Roshan until September 19, an official mentioned on Wednesday.
A Dehradun-based author Roop Kumar Sonkar had lodged an FIR in opposition to Roshan for copyright violation and accused him of utilizing some parts of his novel in his film Krish-3 which stars his actor son Hrithik Roshan.

Roshan had requested the court to quash the FIR, which Justice U.C. Dhyani refused to do, asking the police to not act in opposition to him until September 19.
The court on Tuesday stated it should take a call on September 19 if the producer ought to be arrested or not.
The Krish sequence maker mentioned the script was his authentic and that there was no copyright violation.
