Sidhu on Wednesday formally resigned from the BJP and stated it was a “painful determination” for him.

“I hereby resign from the occasion membership of the Bharatiya Janata Party,” Sidhu mentioned in a tweet, through which he posted his hand-written letter to BJP nationwide president Amit Shah.
“Long association, painful determination…. my spouse, kids and celebration not alone Punjab. Punjab first, Punjab Punjabiat and each Punjbai should win,” he wrote as Navjot Singh Sidhu resigns from BJP.
