New Delhi, May 5: The fifth edition of the Jagran festival will be held within the capital July 10-15, following which it’ll visit 14 cities within the country.
As many as 20 feature films each are screened as part of the Indian Showcase and the International Competition sections, severally.
The Shorts film section, Jagran Shorts, will present a set of 20 international short films in New Delhi and in Mumbai.
The two distinctive options of this year’s edition are the inclusion of ‘Cinema of the Sellers’ – a competitive section for advertising films and ‘Cinema of the Uprising’ – which can showcase international films.
The festival organisers have invited entries from short and have filmmakers for movies produced between June 1-April 30. The entries for the fest close May 15.
