New Delhi, May 1: A court here issued a summons to BJP vp Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi in a defamation case filed by former Janata Dal-United leader Shabir Ali for linking his name with Indian mujahidin co-founder Yasin Bhatkal.
Metropolitan official Akash Jain issued summons to Naqvi and asked him to seem before him July 9.
The order was delivered April 25 however it was created available Thursday.
