Shamli:4 boys is seen fanning a group of presidency officers during a video footage of a gathering in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district.
The meeting was being chaired by the state’s welfare secretary Sunil Kumar once he was in Shamli to review a development programme. Meeting was also attended by Shamli’s District judge Praveen Kumar.
In the video, four boys are seen standing behind the officers, waving fans during a tent wherever the meeting was held.
The officers have refused to treat the controversy.
