Aamir Khan never does things in half-measure. Which is why when he and Kiran were looking to move to bigger living quarters, the actor offered to buy out the two buildings, Marina and Bella Vista Apartments, located in a cozy nook of Pali Hill where Aaamir has lived all these years.
Both buildings together comprise 24 flats, of which the star owns four. He offered the other owners a rather generous rate of Rs 80,000 psqft to move out. The diarist learns that five of these flat owners refused his offer leaving the actor little choice but to invest elsewhere. Last heard he has bought the 5000 sq ft apartment on Carter Road that he had earlier rented.
